Chinese Ambassador to Ghana H.E. Mdm. Sun Baohong Attended the Donation Ceremony of Goods to Martyrs of Uganda Preparatory School

On July 24 2017, at the invitation of Martyrs of Uganda Preparatory School in Ashanti Region, Chinese Ambassador to Ghana H.E. Mdm. Sun Baohong attended the Donation Ceremony of goods by the Chinese Embassy to the school and delivered a speech. The Headmistress Reverend Sister Mary Concepta Mensah and about 1500 teachers and students attended the ceremony.

In her speech, Ambassador Sun said that the world is changing with each passing day. It is barely passing to keep up with the historical trend. You have to become someone who can lead the future to fundamentally change your destiny and your surrounding environment. Everyone is welcomed to learn Chinese, visit China, understand and explore China, harvest knowledge and to embrace the future.

The headmaster Reverend Sister Mary Concepta Mensah extended a warm welcome to Ambassador Sun and expressed her greatest thanks to the Embassy for the donation. She said that China has made well-known achievements in recent years and provieded numerous supports to Ghana. Young people in Ghana should seize the opportunity to learn Chinese language and culture and open up a new world for life.

The Embassy donated computers and footballs to Martyrs of Uganda Preparatory School. The teachers and students performed Chinese singing and dancing.
